I am a Cross Country/Track runner looking to get better. I have to push myself everyday to get better, I only have 2 more years of this. I wake up at 5 in the morning go to school for rotc (school starts at 7:20) after school i go running as best as i can, after that i go do abs and run sprints. i get home at 6 everyday for homework then i pass out
