im am trying to inprove myself to better, i have that motivation to push myself but due to the fact of my two high school coaches being sexist i cant get anywhere. I guess i pretty much joined this site to inprove myself to be a better runner and talk to some top runners to get techniques on my running. yes i go find summer running camps because coaches will not do that, i do the speed word they have for us but the workouts are never as hard as i need them.
